How to get there by...

Car

The SEC (Scottish Event Campus) is conveniently situated for motorists, just off the M8 motorway and with plenty of parking.

Leave the M8 at junction 19 and join the westbound Clydeside Expressway (A814). Westbound on the Expressway (A814) take the cut off for the campus. Turn left at traffic lights and take the right lane to access multi-storey parking. View a map and directions.

Scotland has an extensive motorway network. Glasgow is linked to Edinburgh by the M8 and England via the M74. The M80 connects Stirling to Glasgow, while the M77 connects us to the west coast of Scotland.

Rail

Our venues are partnered with Abellio ScotRail, who operate more than 90% of passenger services in Scotland and are the country’s largest transport operator – with the figure of 92.5 million passenger journeys in 2014/15.

Bus & coach 

The Riversider 100 service operates from George Square in Glasgow city centre directly to the SEC. The timetable for this service is available here.

Service X19 Route Update – NHS Louisa Jordan

The X19 will now serve NHS Louisa Jordan every 10 minutes.

The Service 59 operates from Mosspark to NHS Louisa Jordan. The route map and timetable for this service is available here.

Taxi 

The drop-off/pick-up zone runs an accessible transfer service to the SSE Hydro, dropping off within 130 metres of The SSE Hydro south main entrance

Accessible toilets are available within 50 metres of the drop-off/pick-up zone.

Long term parking/accessible parking: All longer-term parking must be in the multi-storey car park located on Finnieston Street. Adjacent to The SSE Hydro
