Hartdene Barns is a development of nine carbon net zero, super energy-efficient and highly-sustainable luxury barn style new-build Sips homes, on the 40-acre site of a former dairy farm.

Set within an ANOB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) these homes have been built using the award-winning Sips Eco structural insulated panel system.

Each home will produce as much energy as it consumes using renewable energy technologies such as solar panels, air-source heat pumps and MVHR systems.  Sustainable in construction and ongoing energy consumption, these homes will reduce the carbon footprint of the lucky residents.

These eco homes are setting new standards and will be at least 10-years ahead of the majority of new build homes in the UK.
